"I had never been in an accident before so when it happened I was stunned and shaken. It didn’t help that the the person that hit me took off and left me standing in the middle of the street. After a few minutes, when I was able to compose myself a little bit, then my worry shifted to cost and consequences. Is this repairable, how much? Will my insurance cover it or not?
I called the State Farm office and talked to Vee. I’ve talked to her many times before so when she answered, I felt like I was talking to a friend. Right away she started to guide me through the process. She gave me details of what I needed to do and what was going to happen next. And she followed up to be sure that things were moving along. Everything went very smoothly and I had no problems at all. Everything was covered by State Farm and the tow truck, the repair shop and the rental company were all paid promptly so I had no problems with any of those businesses. I’m very thankful for Vee and all the others at the office who helped. When I called for help, I didn’t have to leave messages or wait for return calls, they made efforts to help me right then. Happy to say my car is now repaired, looks great, and we’re back on the road once again."
